SHIPPING POLICY
We want your NUDUVA order to reach you safely and smoothly.
UK orders are currently eligible for free tracked delivery. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you place your order. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided when available.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct before placing your order. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
We want you to feel confident when shopping with NUDUVA.
For eligible online purchases, you may notify us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the eligible item.
Items should be returned in their original condition. For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain sealed beauty, cosmetic and personal-care products may not be eligible for return once their seal has been broken.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with another issue, please contact NUDUVA Customer Care with your order details and, where appropriate, photographs so we can review the matter.
